We are delighted to announce that the Marina is now open to our holiday homeowners and holiday makers who have booked self-contained holiday accommodation.
We thank you for your patience, but we continue to be supportive of the Government guidance to ease the country out of this lockdown, keeping you and our communities safe.
The current guidance states that only self-contained accommodation can re-open i.e. all self-catering that has its own bathroom and holiday homes for owners. Only one household is permitted unless exempt. Reception and the outdoor play park will be open with social distancing measures in place. Face masks must be worn in all inside areas.

Test & Trace
It is still a legal requirement for hospitality/tourism and other businesses including holiday parks and campsites in England:
- to continue with track and trace work
- and to display NHS QR code poster/s so that customers can register their presence using the NHS COVID app
Please note, where customers refuse to provide contact details (either under our own track and trace arrangements or checking in with the NHS app), then all reasonable steps will be taken to prevent access to the premises. 'Test & Trace' app must be downloaded in advance to scan the QR code posters. If you cannot download the app please inform us on arrival.

I am a holiday homeowner, who can stay in my holiday home?
Only the owner and permitted friends/family with permission of the owners for no hire or reward as per the site licence are permitted to stay overnight. This is restricted to who you live with as one single household or support bubble (max of 6) until 17th of May. Owners or any other persons outside their household/support bubble are NOT permitted to stay overnight at the same time. Cleaning between overnight stay periods must be carried out between different households. All persons coming onto the marina must scan in and out using the NHS app or contact site managers. It is a legal requirement to know the names of all persons over the age of 16 on the marina.
I have booked a holiday, who can stay in the holiday accommodation?
Only one household/support bubble up to a maximum of six persons is allowed to stay overnight until 17th of May
Do I have to give detail for Test & Trace for everyone staying overnight?
Yes all persons over 16 years must give us their full details. All holiday guests are encouraged to check in via GuestStay this will collect all the party details. If you have not checked in via GuestStay please give us your details on arrival for all the names in your group. All owners are required to give their details of their date and time of arrival/departure on site. All guests must scan in using the NHS App at all entry points where a poster is displayed.
What is self-contained accommodation?
All our lodges, caravans, cottages, glamping S-Pod and holiday homes are classed as self-contained accommodation.
What is a support bubble?
Households or support bubbles of more than six people are exempt from the new rules. Support bubbles allow adults who live by themselves and single parents with children under 18 to join up with one other household. Under new rules, parents with babies under the age of one can also form a "support bubble" with another household. This means they can do things such as visit their house, stay the night, and travel together in vehicles.
Can I get my money back if I to cancel my holiday due to COVID-19 restrictions?
Yes you can book with confidence. Please note if you have a holiday booking with us and the COVID-19 situation has changed you can transfer your booking with no admin fee, accept a gift voucher or you can request a refund.
Are you open to provide accommodation for those listed in the Government exemptions?

What happens if I feel unwell before I visit?
Do not travel if you feel unwell and please remember to follow the Government guidance and do not leave home if you or someone you live with has any of the following: a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste. If you or anyone in your household has any of the symptoms listed, stay at home, isolate and do not travel. Please go to www.gov.uk/coronavirus for the latest information.
We want to keep everyone on park safe, so please do not travel if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus.
We place the utmost importance on the safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members. Our health and safety measures are constantly monitored to reduce the risk associated with the presence of COVID-19 in line with any changes to Government guidelines as we start to emerge from lockdown at Step 2.
