General

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Absolutely! We're delighted to welcome your well-behaved dogs to Tewitfield Marina. We have designated dog-friendly properties specially set up for them.

    Here's a quick look at our dog charges:

    • For stays up to 6 nights, there's a charge of £25 per dog, per stay.
    • For stays of 7 nights or more, it's £40 per dog, per stay.

    We can accommodate a maximum of two dogs per booking.

    To make your dog's holiday just as special as yours, we'll provide them with their very own comfy dog bed, a towel, and a dog bowl. Plus, they'll get a special goody bag – perfect for all your adventures together! Please note that while we strive to keep our non-dog-friendly accommodation pet-free, we can't guarantee that a previous guest hasn't had a pet there in the past.

  • What time is check-in?

    Check-in is from 4pm. However, we offer early check-in from 12pm. Please note that this is subject to availability and has to be booked prior to arrival.

  • What time is check-out?

    Our standard check-out time is 10am. If you'd like a little extra time to relax, we're happy to offer a late check-out until 12pm for an additional £25. This is subject to availability, so please be sure to book it with us before you arrive.

  • What are the reception opening times?

    Our office opening times are:

    Monday and Friday: 9am - 7pm

    Tuesday to Thursday: 9am - 5pm

    Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 5pm

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Please refer to section 9 of our Booking Terms and Conditions.

  • How much will the deposit be?

    Please refer to section 6 of our Booking Terms and Conditions.

  • I’m bringing a baby, are a travel cot and high chair provided?

    Travel cots and high chairs are available on request, free of charge. If you would like to add these to your booking, please contact us on 01539 587 842. Subject to availability. Please be aware that a mattress and bedding for the travel cot are not included, so you will need to supply your own.

  • Are there accessible facilities?

  • Is there a washing machine on-site?

    There are washing machines in all of our properties.

  • Is there good phone reception?

    The signal at Tewitifled Marina varies depending on your network provider. The signal provided by Vodafone is excellent.

  • Do you have an electric car charging point?

    Yes - We have one 7.2 kW EV charger on-site. Charges apply. Please download the Monta app in advance of your stay and follow the instructions to charge your vehicle. Please note, for health and safety reasons, EV owners are not permitted to charge cars on a 3 pin plug at the property.
