General

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Yes, you can. We have designated dog-friendly properties. There is a fee of £25 per dog per stay, and we provide a complimentary dog bed, towel, feeding bowls and a goodie bag!

  • What time is check-in?

    Check-in is from 4pm. However we do offer an early check in from 12pm. Please note that this is subject to availability and has to be booked prior to arrival.

  • What time is check-out?

    Check-out is 10am, although we do offer a late check-out of 12pm for £25. This is subject to availability and must be booked prior to arrival.

  • What are the reception opening times?

    Our office opening times are:

    Monday and Friday: 9am - 7pm

    Tuesday to Thursday: 9am - 5pm

    Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 5pm

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We recommend that you take out holiday insurance in case you need to cancel. You must call us immediately if you want to cancel a booking and follow this up in writing. If the booking has been made through a third party agent, the cancellation must be made through the agent. A full refund will be provided to the customer up to two weeks before arrival. However, a £10.00 administration charge will be added. This charge can be waivered at the discretion of the park manager. Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the park manager deems it appropriate.

  • How much will the deposit be?

    The deposit will be 25% of the total booking price.

  • I’m bringing a baby, are there cots available?

    We do have travel cots and high chairs available on request, free of charge. However, you will need to provide your own bedding.

  • Are there accessible facilities?

  • Is there a washing machine on site?

    There are washing machines in all of our properties.

  • Is there good phone reception?

    The signal at Tewitifled Marina varies depending on your network provider. The signal provided by Vodafone is excellent.
